Every Eleven07 Standard piece is made and finished by hand in Texas. We don't rush products out the door—we build them to last.

In-stock items typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Personalized or made-to-order items generally ship within 5–10 business days.
During holidays or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

If a delay occurs, we'll contact you with an update.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the destination and package size.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

At this time, Eleven07 Standard primarily ships within the United States.
