The Pieces That Never Make It
Before a design becomes a finished hat or patch, there are countless test cuts, layout experiments, and small pieces left behind as each design is refined.
Most of those scraps never leave the workbench.
I couldn't bring myself to throw them away.
Found Along the Journey gives them a second purpose.
Built from the process
These aren't leftovers, they're milestones.
Every piece represents a lesson learned, a design refined, a skill improved.
The same process that creates the products in the collection also creates these small reminders of the journey behind them.
Every Token Has a Story
Every Found Along the Journey piece is assigned a unique serial number.
Each serial number marks where that piece's story began.
Where that journey takes it from there is largely a mystery.
Each time someone shares where a piece was found, another chapter is added to its story.
Over time, that journey, those shared moments, and the memories made along the way become part of the story as well.
AK26-07 — Alaska Release No. 7

Every token begins somewhere.
Where it goes next depends on who finds it.

The first Found Along the Journey collection followed an Alaska cruise through ports, overlooks, glaciers, and quiet places worth remembering.
Fifteen handcrafted leather keepsakes were released along the way.
Some have already been found.
Others may still be waiting.
Maybe one is waiting for you.
