At Eleven07 Standard, every piece is built with intention. Because many of our products are handcrafted or personalized, our return policy reflects the care that goes into making them.

Standard Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • Returned in their original packaging when possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or we made an error in your order.

Please double-check all spelling, initials, and customization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We'll make it right as quickly as possible by replacing the item or issuing a refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Leather is a natural material. Each piece has unique grain, texture, and color variations that make it one of a kind. These natural characteristics are part of the product and are not considered defects.
